These Terms of Purchase apply when you purchase The Golden Reset™ digital wellness experience from Goldie Dixon. By completing your purchase, you agree to the product description, checkout disclosures, and these terms.

What Your Purchase Includes

The Golden Reset™ is a self-paced, 10-pillar digital wellness experience. The current offer is intended to include the digital course, access to The Golden Circle™ private community, and a digital copy of 30 Days To Becoming Golden, as described on the applicable checkout page.

Price and Payment

The standard purchase price is a one-time payment of $497 USD, unless a different authorized offer is clearly displayed at checkout. Any applicable taxes or charges must be disclosed before purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and account information.

Access and Delivery

Course access is provided after successful payment and any required account setup. The experience is self-paced and does not include live group calls or one-on-one coaching. Access described as lifetime access remains subject to platform availability, lawful business operations, account eligibility, and compliance with these terms.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges

Because The Golden Reset™ is a digital educational product, all sales are final once your purchase is completed and course access is made available. Refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are not offered, except where required by applicable law. If a technical issue prevents you from accessing a purchased product, contact [email protected] for assistance.

Personal Use and Intellectual Property

Your purchase provides a personal, nontransferable right to access the purchased materials. You may not resell, distribute, reproduce, publicly post, share login credentials for, or commercially exploit course lessons, downloadable materials, or other protected content without written permission.

Community Participation

If community access is included, participation in The Golden Circle™ is subject to respectful conduct, platform rules, and any applicable community guidelines. Access may be restricted for conduct that threatens privacy, safety, or the experience of other participants.

Educational Purpose and Individual Results

Course content is educational and does not constitute individualized medical, mental-health, nutrition-treatment, legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Individual experiences and results differ, and no particular health, financial, personal, or professional outcome is guaranteed. Please review the Wellness & Financial Disclaimer.
